Paragon Exquisite "Hummel" Stitchery The Umbrella Children 0365 Kit With A Frame, It comes with the fabric, felt (for faces), thread, yarn, needle and instructions.
This kit is only for one picture which is Number 0365, you can see it in photo 3.
Condition:
The kit is still in the original bag, it does have some price stickers on the bag and some wear to the bag.  The frame has a lot marks and scratches in the plastic and paint and has marker marks on the paper inside the frame.  T
he frame's card board back has a small tear in it.
Markings/Measurements:
The fabric is about 12 inches to 15 inches (according to package) and it is recommended to go into a 9 inch by 12 inch frame.  In photo 12 you can see the year 1976.  On the back of the bag you can see it says Styled By Paragon.
